ABOUT

Hello and welcome to House of DisGrace! I'm Jayne and this is my London-based fashion and homeware brand.

I've always loved fashion and design. This was nurtured from a very young age thanks to my lovely mum who handmade me the most gorgeous dresses out of beautiful Liberty print fabrics, which I would then copy and make for my dolls from the left over fabric. This gave me the confidence as I got older to create my own designs for myself and friends and led me to study fashion design at university and pursue a career in the fashion industry for the last 25 years.

I'm equally passionate about interior styling as well as fashion. I'm a self-confessed cushion addict! So I decided in 2021 to combine these two passions and launch my own brand - House of DisGrace - with a fashion-led bold collection of luxe leather and suede cushions in hot metallics and colourful appliques.

Following the success of homeware, I'm now excited to be launching in Summer 2023 my House of DisGrace clothing collection.

I've created a unique collection with prints, colour and vintage styling running through every piece. The collection is romantic and feminine with intricate detailing, a collection of wearable treasures, whether you're looking for pieces for a special occasion, or just simply want some everyday glamour in your wardrobe and life.

My designs are timeless pieces. To love forever and last a lifetime. Each garment is designed to bring joy and express a sense of individuality and freedom. To escape from following trends and fast fashion and instead evoke a sense of nostalgia. Creating well-crafted pieces which can be shared and enjoyed between mothers and daughters for years to come.

My pieces are designed from my London studio and produced by incredibly talented artisans based in India that I've met and worked with over the years working in fashion. Working with small  family run suppliers allows me to focus on quality not quantity and support skills and crafts which are passed on and preserved across generations.

Just like me and my lovely mum all those years ago.

And the inspiration for the brand name? My gorgeous Italian greyhound Miss Grace, who I share my London home with along with my partner Alex and our two teenage sons.

Thank you so much for joining me on this journey

Much love, Jayne xx
