Thank you for visiting House of Disgrace and shopping with us. To reduce returns and exchanges, if you have any queries before ordering regarding fit, measurements or any other questions please get in touch at hello@houseofdisgrace.co.uk and I will be very happy to help.

All your House of Disgrace purchases are packaged with love and care so they are delivered to you in perfect condition.  

I aim to package and post your order via Royal Mail Tracked the following day after your order was placed. 

The cost for 24 hour tracked is £5.99 for all orders in the UK.

Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out first thing Monday morning with the exception of Bank holidays.

I will notify you as soon as your package has been shipped.

International delivery is available so please get in touch and I can arrange this for you. However, international postage does come at a considerably higher cost and there may be customs and import charges which will be the responsibility of the customer.
